By accessing our website you consent to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms and conditions may change at our discretion, at any time and without notice. Use of this website, and orders placed on this website are governed by the laws and the courts of the province of Ontario, and by the applicable laws of Canada. The user is also responsible for complying with these laws. These terms describe the basis for purchase by you and sale by us of the products described on this website.

Sales

We normally accept orders if the products are available, the order reflects current pricing, you are based in the Delivery Area and your credit or PayPal account is authorized for the transaction.

Pricing

All prices listed are in Canadian or American dollars and all charges will be processed in Canadian or American dollars, depending on the currency choices you make on the website, and unless otherwise notified. All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation.

Payment terms

We will charge your PayPal or credit card account for payment upon receipt of your order. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you did not give us the right payment details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the products from your account on delivery of the products to you, we can cancel the order and/or suspend further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights we may have.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, if your order has not already been shipped. Restocking is subject to an administrative fee of $10.00. Please contact us at info@storemebud.com to cancel your order.

Delivery

At this time we deliver across Canada and the continental US. Shipping rates are calculated automatically for all areas of both countries, except Alaska and Hawaii. Contact us for rates for these states and areas outside of Canada and continental US of A. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items within any time indicated. We do our best to process orders within 3 business days. Shipping can take 7 days or more, depending on where in the world you are. It is important that the delivery address on your order is accurate. We are not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control. We will endeavour to notify users if delivery is delayed. All items are delivered by a third party, and delivery is governed by their shipping contracts. We do not ship to mailboxes, and reserve the right not to ship to certain addresses.

Warranty

We pride ourselves on making well crafted goods for our customers. Each stormebud has been meticulously checked before leaving our shop. We warrant that goods will meet product specifications and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. stormebud offers a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturers defects from date of delivery. We will not offer an exchange or refund for products that have cosmetic damage, or have been damaged due to: Acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or modification, or improper maintenance or care on the part of the purchaser.

Limits of Warranty

In no event shall the liability of stormebud exceed the price paid for products from direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product. All sale items are non-refunable and final.

Returns

Items must be purchased directly from stormebud. We do accept returns or issue refunds for products purchased through any of our authorized resellers or other avenues. For these items you must follow up with the store directly and follow the guidelines of their specific return policy.

All requests to return our products must be accompanied with proof of original date of purchase and electronic photos of the product defect in question. If you are unable to provide photos of the product for return, we will need to inspect the product before authorizing an exchange or refund. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from stormebud to return the product. Please email us to request an RMA and return instructions at sales@storemebud.com. You are responsible for the cost of returning any products. Refunds are credited against the original payment method, and shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
